6. Push Notifications
REDENES uses push notifications to deliver time-sensitive alerts and dispatch communications. These notifications are powered by Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM).
- You will be asked for notification permissions when you first use the platform.
- FCM tokens are stored securely and used solely for delivering REDENES notifications.
- You can manage notification preferences through your device settings at any time.
- Disabling notifications may impact your ability to receive critical emergency alerts.
7. Data Security

- Encryption of data in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest.
- Secure authentication using access tokens and refresh tokens.
