• Device Information: Device type, operating system, unique device identifiers, browser type, and device settings.

• Push Notification Tokens: Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) tokens used to deliver notifications to your device.
• Log Data: IP address, access times, and error logs for security and troubleshooting purposes.

c) Information from Third Parties

• Organization Administrators: Your organization admin may provide your contact information when adding you to the platform.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and Operate the Service: Create and manage your account, process authentication, and deliver core platform functionality including dispatch, alerts, and real-time coordination.
• Deliver Notifications: Send push notifications for emergency alerts, dispatch assignments, and important system messages.
• Enable Location Features: Share your location with authorized organization members during active operations when the feature is enabled.
• Ensure Security: Detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent or unauthorized activity, and protect the safety of our users and the public.
• Improve the Service: Analyze usage patterns to enhance performance, fix bugs, and develop new features.
• Communicate with You: Send account-related communications such as password resets, verification codes, and service updates.

• Within Your Organization: Your name, role, contact information, and location (when enabled) are visible to authorized members and administrators within your organization(s) on the platform.

• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, court order, or government request, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.

REDENES may collect and share your real-time location data with authorized members of your organization. This feature is critical for emergency coordination and responder safety.

• Location sharing is only active when the feature is enabled by you or your organization.
• Location data is shared only with authorized users within your organization(s).
• You can disable location sharing at any time through your device settings or within the app.
• We do not sell location data to third parties.

6. Push Notifications

REDENES uses push notifications to deliver time-sensitive alerts and dispatch communications. These notifications are powered by Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM).

• You will be asked for notification permissions when you first use the platform.
• FCM tokens are stored securely and used solely for delivering REDENES notifications.
• You can manage notification preferences through your device settings at any time.
• Disabling notifications may impact your ability to receive critical emergency alerts.

7. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including:

• Encryption of data in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest.
• Secure authentication using access tokens and refresh tokens.
• Regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.
• Role-based access controls to limit data exposure.
• Secure device registration and session management.

While we strive to protect your data, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security but are committed to promptly addressing any breach.
